Engineers, bankers, contractors, and many others met on Thursday, June 8th, at the Chamberlain Student Center at Rowan University for the Southern New Jersey Development Council‘s annual Construction Forecast.
The event is presented each year to show off future projects that will take place over the following 12 to 18 months and discuss the next steps for current projects across South Jersey that are beneficial to everyone in the area.
“We really want to enjoy South Jersey as we’ve always known it, but the need for development, job creation, raising the economy – that need is very much here,” says Marlene Asselta, President of SNJDC.
The forecast focus was on a variety of topics, including affordable housing projects, future main street developments, and upcoming attractions of future economic projects.
