Cherry Hill Building Sold; to be Converted into Medical Offices

A building adjacent to Kennedy Hospital‘s Cherry Hill campus has been sold for $1.6 million, according to Colliers International.

The 12,000-square-foot property at 499 Cooper Landing Road will be converted into medical office space, the real estate services firm said in a news release. The buyer is an entity related to Regional Orthopedic, which will open an office there in place of Oaks Integrated Care, a Mount Holly-based nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life for the vulnerable, which had maintained a location there.

“This is an exciting time for our practice,” Barbara Bailey, Regional Orthopedics’ practice administrator, said in a prepared statement. “We are eagerly awaiting opening the new office and continuing to provide first-class medical care for our patients.”
