Four businesses will make their home at the Cape May Airport Industrial Park’s newest facility, the Delaware River and Bay Authority announced Wednesday.
The tenants are SRL Floor Covering, Surfside Custom Marine Canvas, George’s Auto Repair and a gym/training center.
The leases will bring the 15,000-square-foot facility on Ranger Road to 50 percent capacity. The DRBA commissioners unanimously authorized the lease arrangements at their January monthly meeting.
“The airport is currently undergoing a significant transformation to improve infrastructure and add facilities that will attract new companies, facilitate the growth of its existing tenants and create new job opportunities for the residents of Cape May County. We’re just getting started,” said Thomas J. Cook, DRBA Executive Director.
