On Wednesday, October 18th, several developers jumped aboard a trolley to get a closer look at what Williamstown has to offer during the town’s second annual, Grow with Williamstown Developer Tour.
“It’s key to take them around to locations and show them the vast opportunities that we have in Williamstown here for them to “Come Grow with Us,” said Mayor Daniel P. Teefy, of Monroe Township. “Come Grow with Us” is the slogan that Williamstown residents have embraced and now they’re hoping developers will follow suit.
The tour took them to eight sites in the Gloucester County town that would be ideal for developers to capitalize on.
Some of the spaces are designated for multi-use purposes, like a plot of land that lies right in front of relatively new apartment buildings on Berlin-Cross Keys Road.
