As the construction work continues on the new Wal-Mart at the corner of Fire Road and the Black Horse Pike, there are other less visible developments underway for the the Oak Tree Plaza shopping center.
According to the developer’s website, the center’s list of tenants includes a 17,000-square-foot Planet Fitness and a 12,500-square-foot Petco pet supply store, which will occupy the spaces attached to the Wal-Mart superstore. There is also a proposed 5,700-square-foot KicksUSA store.
There are several confirmed tenants for the outparcels facing the Black Horse Pike including a T-Mobile cellular store, a Coco Nails salon and a Sally Beauty store. Other proposed tenants for the Black Horse Pike side are Chick-fil-A and Starbucks.
