The Southern New Jersey Development Council (SNJDC) was established in 1951 as a non-profit organization promoting economic development in the southern eight counties of New Jersey. Today, the SNJDC brings together the public and private sector in a unified effort to promote responsible economic progress in South Jersey. While the issues have evolved, the leadership has changed, and the membership has grown, the mission remains the same – to bring together its distinguished members to gather information, form lasting relationships and promote cooperative efforts that result in a better South Jersey. In short, the SNJDC is your doorway to opportunity.
