As President of the SNJDC for more than 30 years, Marlene is one of the most influential women in South Jersey. In addition to many personal and organizational awards of recognition, Marlene has repeatedly been named one of the 25 most influential women in New Jersey by NJBIZ since 2003. As President, Marlene champions the economic vitality of the South Jersey region, facilitating partnerships among business and government leaders and providing advocacy, information and services to SNJDC members to promote economic development. Benjamin Gallinelli
Vice President
Ben oversees the development of SNJDC activities and programs, along with the various publications and information resources that impact the business community and advance economic development in our region. Ben directs SNJDC communications, marketing and outreach, along with government affairs, advocacy efforts and special projects. Ben is also the Project Director for Offshore Wind and SNJDC’s Diversity, Inclusion and Local Engagement efforts on the NJ Wind Port Project. Email Ben at ben@snjdc.org.
Randi McDonnell
Operations Manager
Randi’s responsibilities includes maintaining accounts payable/receivable, daily correspondence, schedules, as well as maintaining a healthy membership. Thomas Conroy
Communications Coordinator
Tom is responsible for internal and external communications and branding campaigns that increase awareness and support of SNJDC programs, services, and activities and enhance the SNJDC’s prominence among key audiences. Events & Membership Coordinator
