Marlene Z. Asselta

President

As President of the SNJDC for more than 30 years, Marlene is one of the most influential women in South Jersey. In addition to many personal and organizational recognition awards, Marlene has repeatedly been named one of the 25 most influential women in New Jersey by NJBIZ since 2003. As President, Marlene champions the economic vitality of the South Jersey region, facilitating partnerships among business and government leaders and providing advocacy, information, and services to SNJDC members to promote economic development. Benjamin Gallinelli

Vice President

Ben oversees the development of SNJDC activities and programs, along with the various publications and information resources that impact the business community and advance economic growth in our region. Ben directs SNJDC communications, marketing, outreach, government affairs, advocacy efforts, and special projects. Ben is also the Project Director for Offshore Wind and SNJDC’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Local Engagement efforts on the NJ Wind Port Project. Email Ben at ben@snjdc.org

Randi McDonnell

Operations Manager

Randi’s responsibilities include maintaining accounts payable/receivable, daily correspondence, schedules, as well as maintaining a healthy membership. Randi assists the SNJDC’s President and staff members with coordinating committee meetings and events, as well as oversees sales and marketing of our quarterly magazine, The Chronicle. Alyssa Cowling

Events & Membership Coordinator

Alyssa is responsible for all phases of fundraising, planning, and execution for the SNJDC’s annual events, committee meetings, seminars, webinars, membership services, marketing, and outreach activities. Email Alyssa at Alyssa@snjdc.org

Thomas Conroy

Communications Coordinator

Tom is responsible for internal and external communications and branding campaigns that increase awareness and support of SNJDC programs, services, and activities to enhance SNJDC’s prominence among critical audiences. Brandon Searles

Media & Public Relations Coordinator
