Mr. Brooks is a Senior Vice President, responsible for overseeing the Transportation Division for STV’s New Jersey and Pennsylvania operations. He joined STV in 2014 and has over 35 years of public and private sector experience within the engineering and architecture industry.
Mr. Brooks is a proven executive leader responsible for operational performance, client management, and developing and executing business strategies to achieve growth and financial objectives. His experience encompasses planning, design, construction management, and program management of transportation projects. He has successfully managed numerous complex infrastructure projects for various public transportation agencies, including bi-state toll authorities.
He is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and attended the University of Pittsburgh where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is married with 3 children and has lived in southern New Jersey for over 30 years. He is an active member of various professional organizations and serves the community through his active involvement in the Knights of Columbus.
