Genevieve is Director of Project Development with BWM Construction, LLC., Builders and Construction Management Company, located in Gibbsboro, New Jersey serving the tri-state region. The company’s process embraces the concept that the design and construction approach is a team activity: it is one that requires vision, willingness to listen, humbleness, rigor and ultimately expertise. This is required of all who are part of our larger team, as we as a company believe in treating each team member and client as a valuable contributor to the project.
As such, Genevieve is responsible for leading the organization with remaining competitive and grow according to plan by identifying, assessing and developing new business opportunities throughout the regions, as well as relationship management efforts. Genevieve strategizes with the company’s Managing Member of the company and the team, engaging in strategic marketing and planning by setting objectives, methods and project goals.
Ms. Witt has many years of experience with the construction administration phase including coordination with team professionals, reviews, approves and executes all project related documentation and goals. In this role, Ms. Witt oversees the design and construction progress with projects to ensure vision and quality are maintained and that the projects are meeting all standards and requirements. Prior to joining BWM Construction, LLC, Genevieve has provided architectural and construction services to numerous clients throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
A graduate of Drexel University, she earned a BARCH in Architecture. Genevieve has over twenty years of experience in architecture and construction in the private and public sectors. Currently a member of the American Institute of Architects as Associate Architect.
Ms. Witt is a lifelong resident of South Jersey and plays an active role in the community serving as Board of Director with the INSPIRA Foundation Board as well as Treasurer of the Board. Board of Director with the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and appointed to the Executive Committee serving as Vice Chair. Also serving as Board of Director with Rowan University South Jersey Technology Park and Board of Director with Rowan College of South Jersey Foundation Board. Previously she served as a Board Member with The Abilities Solutions Center located in Deptford Township, NJ. A continued member with the Chamber of Commerce South Jersey, the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce, the South New Jersey Development Council and several professional organizations.
