Jeffrey S. Swartz is the Executive Director for the Camden County Workforce Development Board, a position he has held for almost 10 years and is responsible for the development of local workforce investment systems and accountable for ensuring stakeholders and partners are prepared and equipped to support the development and retention of a world class workforce.  Prior to joining the Workforce Development Board, he was the Executive Director/CEO for the Camden County Improvement Authority, where he had responsibility for marketing the county to prospective business and industry, and overseeing all activities at the Authority.  Prior to his promotion, he was the Director of Economic Development at the Authority.  Mr. Swartz received his Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University with a concentration in Marketing Management.  His B.A. in Political Science was awarded from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Mr. Swartz is a board member of the Southern New Jersey Development Council; Immediate Past President of the Garden State Employment and Training Association, Commissioner of the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority, and trustee of Bancroft Board at Directors.  Mr. Swartz currently resides in Cherry Hill with his wife, Amy and is the proud father of his two adult sons Jared and Brandon.
