Dr. Joe Cardona, Ed.D.
Vice President for University Relations, Rowan University (Glassboro, NJ)
Dr. Cardona is Rowan’s chief public relations and marketing strategist and serves as spokesman for the public-research university. Volunteering is both a hobby and a passion for Joe. In addition to serving as a SNJDC Trustee, he has also served on the boards of the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, Elmer Little League, Pittsgrove Basketball Association, Elmer Board of Education (past president), Elmer Land Use Board (past chair), Elmer Scout Pack 39 and has been honored as “Big Brother of the Year” for his work with Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
