Kendria McWilliams is CEO of Maryville, Inc., a leading non profit provider of medically supervised inpatient withdrawal management, residential, intensive outpatient, outreach, Driving Under the Influence education, and peer recovery services and programs for individuals and families affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders. Maryville maintains a population-health focus, and has relationships with hospitals, medical schools, social service, and government agencies to provide access to care and supports for integrated care and addiction recovery throughout the state. Mrs. McWilliams has 30 years of health care and social service experience, and currently serves as Chairperson of the New Jersey Mental Health Institute Board of Directors, Vice Chair of the New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies Addictions Practice Group, Co-Chair of the Southern New Jersey Development Council Healthcare Committee, and member of the New Jersey Fee for Service Transition Oversight Board. Mrs. McWilliams also serves as an active member of the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services Provider Advisory Committee, the Southern Jersey Coalition, the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers, and numerous other advocacy, county and regional organizations.

Mrs. McWilliams received a Top CEO recognition from South Jersey Business Magazine in 2020. Other recognitions and awards she received include the Andy Wager Agency Director Award from the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, the Distinguished Service Award from the Maryville Board of Directors, and the Advocacy in Action Award from the Pennsylvania Hospital Association.

Prior to joining Maryville as CEO in 2011, Mrs. McWilliams served as CEO of Eagleville Hospital in PA, positioning that 350-bed, multi-site behavioral health hospital as a provider of choice in the mid-Atlantic region. During that time, she was a member of the Delaware Valley Healthcare Council Board of Directors and Preceptor for the Temple University MBA Program in Healthcare Administration. Mrs. McWilliams received her MBA from West Chester University and her BA from Ursinus College.
