Michael Hagarty has over 37 years of experience in executive, managerial and technical leadership roles for some of the world’s leading planning, design and construction firms. His experience has focused on providing program, project and construction management services on large, complex programs and projects. He has extensive experience in assisting customers to meet best practices in planning, design, project delivery and operational standards. Among his accomplishments, he has directed over 500 projects around the world, with a construction value exceeding $ 40 billion. As Director of Project Management for the Camden County Improvement Authority, he is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design/engineering, construction and operations/maintenance of various facilities and infrastructure projects. He has directed teams involved in the planning, design/engineering and construction of over 100 projects for the County of Camden and is agencies and authorities.
