Nicholas DeRose is a highly skilled professional in the field of healthcare. He currently serves as the Chief Business Officer for Legacy Treatment Services, a behavioral health and social service agency that provides care to more than 20,000 individuals annually. Throughout his 20+ year career, Nicholas has gained recognition for his exceptional leadership in business and healthcare.
As a key member of Legacy, Nicholas leads various organization-wide growth initiatives, including revenue cycle management, contracting, spend management, and operations. He is a results-driven individual who takes pride in building connections between people with similar interests and solving problems. He has a keen eye for detail and excels at generating new business opportunities.
In addition to his professional achievements, Nicholas believes strongly in giving back to the community. He volunteers as a coach for his daughter’s youth softball team and is an active board member for various charitable organizations. Some of his previous roles include serving as Foundation Board Chair for the Lester A. Drenk Center, Board of Directors & Executive Committee for Turning Points for Children, Vice Chair for the Union League’s Youth’s Work Foundation, and Board of Directors for Little Smiles of Philadelphia. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Michael’s Giving Hand and Southern New Jersey Development Council (SNJDC).
