Ronald C. Kerins, Jr., CCM, LEED AP, MBA, is President of GREYHAWK, an award-winning construction management and consulting firm. Ron works in the company’s headquarters located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Ron brings 30+ years of experience representing owners as a construction consultant in the areas of project and program management, value engineering, contract administration, cost control, scheduling, and construction claims. As President, Ron leads GREYHAWK business operations and provides oversight of all business units, including construction management, commissioning and consulting. He holds the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential from the Construction Management Certification Institute (CMCI) and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Ron is the immediate past-chairman of the board of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Philadelphia, serves in emeritus status for the Temple College of Engineering Alumni Board, and sits on the Industrial Advisory Board and Board of Visitors for the Temple College of Engineering. Ron has served as a past president of the local chapter as well as a director on the national board of the Construction Management Association of American (CMAA) and is a past director of the Temple University Alumni Board.

Ron also provides educational guidance to both students and industry professionals as an instructor for the CMAA CCM Professional Review Course, as well as for Lorman Education programs; he serves as adjunct professor at Temple University College of Engineering and Widener University School of Engineering. His course topics have included construction and engineering project management, construction contracts, construction financial management, construction administration, professional practice, as well as capstone course in construction management.

Ron holds a B.S. in Architecture and a B.S. in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University as well as an MBA with a focus in leadership studies from Penn State University. He is a recipient of the 2006 Temple University Certificate of Honor for distinguished alumni and was inducted into the College of Engineering Gallery of Success in 2012.
