President of Keller Engineers of New Jersey, LLC – focus on expanding the current business model into NJ, PA and NY by providing quality and responsive services to our clients. Other duties include:
- Guide the formulation of business, marketing and strategic planning initiatives
- Develop, direct, and monitor short-term and long-range plans consistent with overall growth objectives of the company.
- Plan, staff and supervise all activities, including personnel administration;
- Provide guidance and direction to the team in identifying potential clients and desired scope of projects
- Review the design and production work of the staff to ensure that it meets the highest professional standards and is in conformance with Keller’s standards.
- Strive continually to see that work product is completed on time and within the allocated budget.
- Maintain close liaison with clients to resolve project questions. Forecast administrative, staffing, and facility needs for the office.
