A 500-unit multi-family development is in the works here .
The Bromley Boulevard community will span 20 buildings across 40 acres, according to Jefferson Apartment Group, which broke ground on the project.
It will include one, two-and-three bedroom apartments and townhouses. The development, to include 100 affordable units, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025. It is too early for any leasing or wait list information on the Burlington units.
The complex is expected to include two stand-alone clubhouses with a combined 11,000 square feet, and two courtyards with swimming pools.
