Mall operator: Cooper plans outpatient facility at former Sears store

The financially ailing owner of Moorestown Mall has announced plans to put a health care facility in a vacant Sears store there.

Cooper University Health Care will open an “outpatient facility” in the former department store off Route 38, Philadelphia-based PREIT said Thursday.

PREIT included news of Cooper’s planned arrival in a report that noted a sizable loss and sharply lower revenues for 2020.
