New rides, promotions help Six Flags enjoy record year

Six Flags Entertainment Corp., the largest regional theme park company in the world, announced Thursday that it enjoyed record revenue and attendance in 2015.

Reid-Anderson and Duffey both credited a strong fourth quarter – during which attendance grew 22 percent over 2014 – for significant portion big the company’s overall growth in 2015.

“Holiday in the Park and Fright Fest are great ways to show value to our season pass holders, who are our most loyal and highest revenue consumers. They are an ever-increasing part of our business. Holiday in the Park and Fright Fest are then a large part of our success.
