RLS Logistics, a third-party logistics firm, is strengthening its ties to Rowan University, moving from Delanco to Glassboro and funding a new certificate program at Rowan in professional sales, it announced recently.
RLS said it is building its new headquarters on West High Street in Glassboro. In addition, Rowan’s new Certificate of Undergraduate Study in professional sales will be funded by RLS, with an intent to grow the program with other sponsored companies in a wide range of industries to offer students a more diverse career path.
The motivation behind this gift was to bring together innovative programming and professional development opportunities to position students for success. For many students, it will open the opportunity to learn about careers available in sales.
