A seafood restaurant and a women’s apparel chain from Germany are coming to Cherry Hill Mall, the shopping center’s owner has announced.
Eddie V’s, one of several chains operated by Darden Restaurants Inc., is expected to open at the mall this fall, according to Philadelphia-based PREIT.
The apparel chain, Marc Cain, is set to arrive in March.
The newcomers are among 20 tenants who have leased more than 50,000 square feet at the mall, which PREIT described as a “trophy asset.”
PREIT also operates Moorestown Mall and Cumberland Mall in Vineland. It did not disclose sales figures for those sites, but has previously said they are among the bottom tier of the firm’s 18 shopping centers.
