South Jersey Business Community Anxious to Hear from EDA CEO Tim Sullivan at RCGC Sept. 18

Tim Sullivan, newly approved CEO of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA), will update a gathering of more than 100 South Jersey business leaders at the Rowan College of Gloucester County hosted by the Southern New Jersey Development Council (SNJDC).

Attendees include professionals committed to the economic growth of the South Jersey region keen to learn more about the authority’s strategic direction and new initiatives under the Murphy administration.

“Each governor has a vision for how best to encourage and stimulate economic development and we’re looking forward to hearing about the new direction and initiatives the EDA will incorporate to strengthen New Jersey’s — and South Jersey’s economy,” said Marlene Z. Asselta, president of the Southern New Jersey Development Council, of CEO Tim Sullivan’s remarks.

In addition to the update, Sullivan will also discuss the EDA’s role in the newly available redevelopment tools including Opportunity Zones, Public-Private Partnerships and the ERG Financing Bond Act.
