Third Multi-Tenant Building Moves Forward at Cape May Airport

Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) Commissioners recently approved funding for the construction of a third commercial, multi-tenant light industrial building at the Cape May Airport (WWD). The estimated project cost is $5.5 million. This building will join two similar structures that are fully leased and occupied. Construction is expected to begin next month and is anticipated to be completed in late Spring of 2025.

“During the past ten years, the Cape May Airport has been a hub for economic expansion,” said DRBA Executive Director Thomas J. Cook. “Working hand-in-hand with our Cape May County partners, we’re focused on creating an environment conducive for businesses of all types to be successful. We continue to see strong demand from the business community for space at the Airport. Our teamwork approach is producing results.”
