A warehouse complex proposed for Admiral Wilson Boulevard would have 122 loading docks and 72 tractor-trailer parking spaces when all stages of the project are complete, according to plans filed with the city Planning Board.
The development by applicant Matrix Admiral Wilson Development LLC of Cranbury, New Jersey on 31 acres on the north side of the boulevard around 17th and 19th streets is scheduled before the board at its meeting next Thursday, Dec. 8.
“Depending on what tenant occupies the warehouse, the project will result in approximately 110 employees, with a possibility of up to 170 employees,” according to community impact assessment from the developer. The warehouse is being built on spec – meaning there is no committed tenant – and the employment estimate includes on-site employees and van drivers, the assessment stated.
