Chemglass Inc. will expand its campus in Vineland’s city industrial park again following demolition of an adjacent North Mill Road property acquired more than a year ago from NDS Technologies.
The scientific glassware manufacturer and distributor will construct a 32,864-square-foot building, more than five times the size of the former NDS building at 3823 North Mill Road.
Chemglass intends the new building for production and storage uses. The 2.49-acre site is next door to its original facility here and across North Mill Road from two other company buildings. The expansion was unanimously approved at the Planning Board hearing recently.
