Jefferson Health recently sold a South Jersey office property with the help of Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The three-story, 27,000-square-foot building is located at 1099 White Horse Road in Voorhees. Founder and Managing Principal Jason Wolf and Executive Vice President & Broker Manager Evan Zweben represented Kennedy Property Corp. – an entity controlled by Jefferson Health – in the sale. Neither the buyer nor financial terms were disclosed. According to WCRE, a local limited liability corporation purchased the property.
Previously, Kennedy Health System used the space as its headquarters. Jefferson acquired the system in 2017. WCRE was appointed exclusive marketing agent for the property in 2022.
