On Thursday, July 23rd, nearly 200 South Jersey business leaders participated in SNJDC’s Construction Forecast: Economic Recovery Ahead Webinar. The annual SNJDC Construction Forecast reveals trends and key indicators in the regional economy with presentations providing information on projects in the South Jersey region that are in the conceptual, planning or design stage and/or ready for construction.
Jane Asselta, Vice President of the SNJDC, welcomed the attendees and Mike Hutchinson of Hutchinson Mechanical Services, introduced the webinar’s first speaker Rob Curly, SJ Market President for TD Bank. Rob provided attendees with a South Jersey Market Economic Update.
Chaz Caramanna of GREYHAWK introduced the webinar’s next speaker, Lauren Moore, Executive Director, Atlantic County Economic Alliance, who presented Atlantic County Resurgence. Following Lauren’s presentation, Matt Kearny of French & Parrello Associates then introduced Mike Hagarty of the Camden County Improvement Authority who presented Camden County: Working Together We are Stronger.
Bill Carter of Greenman – Pedersen Inc. introduced Jerry Velazquez, the President & CEO of the Cumberland County Improvement Authority, who presented Thinking Differently About Cumberland County. Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 19’s Todd Farally introduced the final speaker, Brian Sabina of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, who presented New Jersey Wind Port Transforming Our State.
