A brewery in Glassboro is preparing to launch an expansion project that will include an indoor beer garden and an outdoor grain silo.
Bonesaw Brewing Co. also plans to increase production and parking at its two-year-old building on Mullica Hill Road, said Dr. Richard DiVerniero, an orthopedic surgeon who’s a partner in the venture.
The beer garden will occupy a 4,000-square-foot area on the brewery’s second floor, a space now used mostly for storage. It will offer a setting for private parties, including weddings, said DiVerniero.
